Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Fulfilment & Shipping

Apparel (SunnySeas)

SunnySeas apparel is produced on demand and shipped through our nearest local print partner.

Production time:
2–5 business days

Estimated delivery:

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Europe & Asia: 7–14 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Items in your order
  • Fulfilment method

Orders containing multiple items may ship together or separately depending on fulfilment requirements.


Returns & Replacements

Our apparel is produced on demand. We gladly replace items that arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • Normal colour variation between screens and printed products

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for further information.


Tracking

Tracking details are provided by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.


Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
