Gemity Blue Warranty Policy
At Gemity Blue, we stand by the quality of our jewelry. Each piece is quality checked by our manufacturer and our specialist team, yet we understand that occasional faults may occur.
1. Warranty Coverage
1.1 Our warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your jewelry proves defective due to improper workmanship or materials within 12 months from the purchase date, we will repair, replace, or issue a refund for the defective item.
1.2 Each piece over 0.3 carats comes with a certificate of stone properties and a limited warranty—please contact us for any concerns.
1.3 If required materials for repair are unavailable, we will make our best effort to use equivalent options.
2. Making a Claim
2.1 To claim warranty benefits, contact us at sunlit.slendour@gmail.com with proof of purchase and details of the defect, including photos.
2.2 If requested, return the item with all packaging to our provided contact details. We will cover return shipping costs related to warranty claims.
2.3 Claims are assessed by our team of specialists.
3. Warranty Limitations
3.1 Care for your jewelry as outlined in our care guide, on our website.
3.2 Warranty does not cover defects caused by:
- Loss or damage
- Wear and tear, including tarnishing
- Negligence or misuse
- Failure to follow care instructions
- Continued use after a defect is apparent
- Force majeure events
3.3 Services outside of those covered by this warranty may incur additional charges, which we will inform you about prior to any work.
4. General Information
4.1 "We," "us," or "our" refers to Gemity Blue.
4.2 "You" or "your" means the purchaser.
4.3 This warranty is governed by Queensland law and is valid only in Australia.
